Miss Michel graduated from The College of New Jersey with a degree in Mathematics and Elementary Education. She has also earned her Masters Degree as a Reading Specialist and Supervisor. She has been teaching at Sussex for 10 years in both 3rd and 5th grade. Miss Michel also serves as the Sussex Helping Teacher along with Mr. Lewis-Lahey. She loves to teach kids, but also loves to teach other teachers!
Outside of school, Miss Michel is a certified 500 hour registered yoga teacher. She also loves reading on the beach or by the pool and spending time with her family. Some other activities include going to see live music or visiting New York City for shopping and dinner!
