Kendall Smith

Kendall began her career in pageantry after meeting Miss America 2010 Caressa Cameron while competing as a Top 12 finalist for Miss Dance of the United States in Atlantic City, NJ. Kendall spent a full day getting to know her and the impact she left led Kendall to embark on a journey that would change her life in a positive direction. She was a delegate in the Miss America Organization for five years, held five titles and placed 2nd Runner Up to Miss Maryland in 2015. Throughout those beautiful five years, Kendall also walked away with numerous Top 10 placements and Talent Preliminary Awards. 

Since then, Kendall has become a mentor for the young girls and women throughout the Miss America Opportunity as the Local Executive Director of the Miss Montgomery County Scholarship Organization. Since starting her involvement as a full-time volunteer, she and her co-director have had numerous success in their tenure with multiple placements and winners at Miss Maryland and Miss Maryland’s Teen over the last 8 years. Because of her love for mentorship, she developed her platform called F.I.E.R.C.E - Fostering achievement through inspiring, empowering, reaching goals, creating new opportunities and executing a plan by way of mentorship. There’s no doubt in her mind that all of young women she mentors are in fact FIERCE.

Growing up Kendall has had a LOVE for service doing everything she can to make her community a better place. Kendall has partnered with numerous  non-profit and charitable organizations, including Preemies Today, March of Dimes, STEM-ING, Girl Scouts, and Ronald McDonald House, to name a few. Her most recent collaboration is as a She Votes Ambassador for She Votes Inc., a 501(c)(3) whose goal is to educate and motivate young women to register and vote. As long as she lives, she will continue this reign of service whether she has a crown on her head or not. 

Outside of being a servant in her community, in 2021 Kendall became a Flight Attendant for a major US Airline and has had the opportunity to fly both domestically and internationally spreading her light and love to everyone she meets and hopes to see you in the friendly skies!

Bonnie Bosso

Since receiving her theatre degree from S.U.N.Y. at Stony Brook, Bonnie has been a stage manager in New York, the Director of Entertainment of Hersheypark, and a twenty-year veteran of Sight and Sound Theatres.  She is currently employed by Franklin and Marshall College as their Production Manager.  Over the course of her career, Bonnie has produced, directed, designed and otherwise put her stamp on hundreds of productions and thousands of young people. In addition to her full-time work, she has been involved with The Lancaster Academy as a teacher and director, as well as with LBC, Servant Stage, Prima Theatre, and American Music Theatre…just to name a few.  Bonnie is thrilled to be back at the Academy to direct the classic The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe, and to work with these wonderful students, and lots of “old” friends!! Special thanks to Jean and all of the incredibly talented Academy staff, crew and volunteers, to Earl for his support, and to all of the students of LBC who gave so willingly of their time and expertise to hold up her arms in this process!  

Keith Webb

Keith Webb is an accomplished performer who has appeared in Broadway hits like Rocktopia and Hamilton, as well as TV shows and reality programs on E!, MTV, and Comedy Central. He’s collaborated with top brands like Manscaped, Gillette, and Philips and has been featured in Plus Model Magazine and US Weekly for his body positivity advocacy. Passionate about spreading self-love and acceptance, Keith is excited to see and support the next wave of talent shaping the future of entertainment.

Meghan Hooper

Meghan Hooper has been going to school for nearly all of her 40 years. A proud graduate of the Altoona Area School District and alumna of Penn State University, Meghan taught high school science for the first nine years of her career and has served in coaching roles as a Technology Integrator, Student Engagement Facilitator, and Instructional Coach for the past nine years.  Whether designing learning for students or colleagues, she is passionate about the power of education to make a difference in our world. In addition to her Bachelors in Secondary Education for Math and Physics, Meghan holds a Masters of Educational Leadership from Saint Francis University and an Online Instruction Endorsement from Millersville University. She lives in Ephrata with her husband Wayne and their dog Capone. Together they enjoy traveling, cooking, reading, staying active, and spending time with family and friends.

Sarah Cope

Sarah Cope is an independent, certified health & business coach with Optavia. She is passionate about helping people find better health and wellbeing by focusing on 3 things - Healthy Mind, Healthy Body & Healthy Finances. Before coaching full time, Sarah was the co-owner of Creative Pursuits Studio in Lancaster, PA teaching voice and was heavily involved in the theater and performing world here in Lancaster county. She has since retired performing to focus on her coaching career, being a wife and stay at home mom to a very active 7 year old little boy. 

Dr. Clifton J. Kenon Jr.

Dr. Clifton J. Kenon Jr. is a distinguished leader in global health, equity, and community empowerment.  Dr. Kenon has dedicated his work to advancing maternal and child survival, reducing mortality rates among women and newborns, and championing equity for marginalized communities. At just 33 years old, he became a Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing and has earned two prestigious lifetime achievement awards by his current age of 37. Recognized by global leaders, including multiple Presidents, First Ladies, Governors and Members of Congress. Dr. Kenon’s innovative leadership has left a lasting impact on health equity and inclusion worldwide.

A globally sought-after speaker, Dr. Kenon has been invited to present in every U.S. state and territory, as well as in over 30 countries across six continents. His rural upbringing in NC, inspires his commitment to empowering underserved communities and fostering resilience and self-determination. Beyond his professional accolades, he hybridizes and exhibits Dahlias and breeds and exhibits Lhasa Apsos under the prefix Resplendence.  Known for his humor and powerful storytelling, Dr. Kenon emphasizes living one’s best life through unapologetic boundary-setting, fostering innovation, and promoting inclusion.

Lourdes Brezo Scholl

Lourdes Brezo Scholl, 65, is a bilingual communications and pageant professional with more than two decades of experience. Lourdes is CEO of Brezo Scholl Communications. Most recently she was Director of Communications for Diversity at a global law firm. She has training in speech, modeling, voice, and dance; holds a degree in Mass Communications and is certified in Mental Health First Aid. A writer and former journalist, Lourdes has written about and appeared in international media discussing pageants, body positivity, plus size fashion, and other relevant topics. She regularly serves in the community as founder of Women Leaders in Service and enjoys traveling to explore new cultures. Her travel photography has been exhibited internationally.
