Document Apostille and Authentication Services
Thank you for selecting our service. You will need to submitn an original, certified copy of the document you are required to apostille. Once obtained, the original document will have to be submitted to the issuing office of authentications, Secretary of State or the US State Dept, for apostille. The fee is $175.00.

A Florida notary public is authorized to perform the following notarial acts (FS §117.03 and §117.04):
Administer oaths or affirmation (sworn to facts or affirm)
Take acknowledgements
Attest to photocopies of certain documents
Solemnize marriage
Verity vehicle identification numbers (VIN)
Certify the contents of a safe-deposit box
Florida law does not permit me to do the following:
ü The person whose signature is being notarized is not in my presence at the time the signature is to be notarize.
ü The document is incomplete.
ü I have knowledge that the person signing the document has been adjudicated mentally incapacitated.
ü The person whose signature is to be notarized is the spouse, son, daughter, mother, or father of the notary public.
ü I have a financial interest in or is party to the underlying transaction.
ü I may not give legal advice as I am not a lawyer.
ü Take an acknowledgement of executive in lieu of a oath if the oath is required.
ü Obtain or use a notary commission in a name other than mine.
ü Charge more than 410 for any one notarial act or more than $20 for solemnizing the rites of matrimony. (Travel and other services such as witnesses, photographs, etc. are a separate cost)
ü Sign a blank form of affidavit or certificate of acknowledgement.
ü Change anything is a written instrument after it has been notarized.
