She came to Mission Mutt Dog Rescue as a devoted mama to nine puppies, all rescued with her from the euthanasia list. Now that her babies are safe and thriving, it’s finally Flora’s turn to find the loving forever home she deserves.

Flora is fully house-trained and crate-trained, making her an easy companion from day one. She sleeps quietly through the night in her kennel and only speaks up if she needs a potty break. She did wonderfully at the vet—calm, relaxed, and cooperative—which really shows her easygoing nature.

She gets along well with both dogs and cats and prefers peaceful coexistence over rough play. Flora can be a little protective of her food and toys around other dogs, but this is easily managed with simple routines like feeding separately and giving her space to enjoy her toys. With these small accommodations, she remains calm, respectful, and well-mannered.
