This video provides a neat overview of the principles of Collective Intelligence, which provide a useful way to understand the inter-connectedness of all things in our material reality 'out there'. The video highlights the impact of trauma on cognitive systems (of which your mind-body amalgam can be thought of as) and their influence on how the organism builds a mental model of reality. In the instance of the Anthropocene, this mental model of reality that is the cultural norm today for humans on this planet, is one of 'Anthropocentric thinking'. That is, it is a Dualistic framework in which people see the world out there as separate from themselves.

Collective Intelligence provides a way to conceptualise the whole entanglement. There is currently exciting research taking place in the field of Bioelectricity and Morphogensis.
