Mission Hills Condominium Owners HOA is dedicated to providing a quality environment for all community members. We want to enhance the quality of living in Mission Hills by facilitating communication, organizing events, and maintaining the community’s common areas for the benefit of all residents.

Mission Hills is a residential development in Prescott, Arizona. It was incorporated in 1989 and consists of two separate developments, each having a separate Homeowners Association.

The Mission Hills Homeowners Association is an association of 36 condominium unit owners, and this website serves those members. The other association is the Mission Hills Property Owners Association, serving 27 single family homes, and known as Mission Hills Estates. That association has its own website.

The roads in both developments are private, with access to and from Mission Hills Estates via the main entrance to the development on Mission Way.

Mission Hills is close to downtown Prescott and its Courthouse Plaza, Whiskey Row, and numerous local stores, hotels and restaurants. Also nearby are the Rodeo Grounds, the Prescott National Forest, and numerous hiking and biking trails. Watson, Willow, Lynx and Goldwater lakes offer even more recreational opportunities.
