Each member in an executive position has been elected to a four-year term. Elected officials to the executive board must have work experience necessary to carry out the duties for which they are required to perform. The executive board members of MGNJA, Inc. must be led by a President who has the education and experience in business, management, financial decision making, organizational leadership, and must possess, at a minimum, a bachelor's degree along with 5 or more years of proven leadership skills, financial decision-making skills, etc.
