Miss Asia Parker

My name is Asia Parker, and I am thrilled to be your child's third-grade teacher this year. With a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education P-5 from Augusta University and a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Georgia Southern University, I bring a solid educational foundation to the classroom. Additionally, I hold a reading endorsement, which means I have specialized training in teaching reading skills and strategies to help all students become proficient and enthusiastic readers. I also have an online teaching and learning endorsement, which equips me with the skills and knowledge to effectively teach and engage students in a virtual environment, ensuring a seamless learning experience regardless of the setting. This marks my ninth year in teaching and my fifth year dedicated to third grade, a grade I am particularly passionate about. Over the past eight years, I have had the pleasure of teaching second and fifth grades as well. For the last six years, I have been part of the wonderful community at Goshen Elementary, where I strive to create a nurturing and engaging learning experience for every student. I look forward to a fantastic year of growth and discovery with your child.
