Chelsea Fernandez

Chelsea Fernandez of the Philippines was crowned First Runner-Up at Miss Cosmo 2025, held in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam on December 20, 2025. With grace, eloquence, and a powerful sense of purpose, she captured the hearts of both the judges and global audiences, ultimately placing second overall behind the winner, Yolina Lindquist of the United States.  

Chelsea also earned multiple distinctions throughout the competition, including the Cosmo People’s Choice Award with tens of millions of online votes and the Best in Evening Gown Award, reflecting her strong connection with fans and her exceptional stage presence.  

Beyond her performance on stage, Chelsea’s advocacy focuses on environmental stewardship through her Paradise of the Mangroves Reforestation Project, a long-standing initiative dedicated to mangrove protection and sustainable community development in the Philippines — a vision she passionately shared during the final debate segment.
