To the extent possible, we do not retain personal data on our servers unless such retention is necessary to operate and deliver the service.

We do not sell, lease, or disclose user information to third parties.

We do not intentionally collect or keep personal data belonging to children under the age of 15. If you are under 15, please do not provide us with personal information, including your name, phone number, or email address.

If we learn that personal data has been collected from a person under 15, we will remove that information without undue delay.

Virtual Number reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, change, limit, or discontinue the application or any part of the service at any time.

Prices, available numbers, subscription plans, and service features presented in the app may be revised, replaced, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

All subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the active billing period.

Your Apple ID / iTunes account will be charged once your purchase is confirmed.

Your Virtual Number subscription remains in effect until you cancel it.

Unless otherwise specified in the app, each subscription period is one month.

If the subscription is not canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, the renewal fee will be charged automatically on a monthly basis.

If the number you request is not available, we may provide a different available number or a number from another country instead. In such cases, a refund may not be possible.

We do not store credit card or other payment card details on our own servers.

By using Virtual Number, you acknowledge and accept these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
