Who can present: The conference is for students to present their research in mathematical sciences broadly interpreted to include theoretical mathematics, applied mathematics, mathematics education, statistics, data science, and machine learning. Students from high schools, community colleges, universities are all welcome as long as they have not completed their undergraduate degrees. Research completed during undergraduate may be eligible to be presented by graduate students in their first semester.
Who can attend: Although presenters must be students, we welcome anyone as an attendee. We especially welcome other students and K-12 educators. Please complete the registration form and choose the non-presenter option.
Registration fees: Registration is free for all students, whether presenting or not. Registration fee is $15 for any non-student attendees.

Presentations are 20 minutes total, including Q&A. There will be 5 minutes between presentation times for transitions.
All presentations must be given in electronic format, such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, LaTeX Beamer, or PDF.
Please bring your own device for the presentation, if available. The presentation rooms will have HDMI connections available. If your device requires an adapter, please bring the appropriate adapter with you. If you need a device or have special technology requirements, please email the organizers at least one week in advance so that we can provide alternative options.
Practice your talk ahead of time to make sure it fits within the allotted time. The moderator will help keep time so that all speakers have their full presentation time.
Slides should be readable from the back of the room. Avoid putting too much text or too many equations on one slide.
This is a broad undergraduate mathematics conference rather than a specialized research conference. Audience members may not be familiar with the terminology, techniques, or background specific to your area of mathematics. Please keep this in mind when preparing your presentation.
We recommend bringing a backup copy of your presentation in a format that can be accessed without an internet connection.
