Location, Puppy Pick Up, & Transion

Our Location - We are located in Santa Rosa, California.

For the safety of our home and dogs meetings and pickups are arranged individually rather than publishing our residential address.

Meetup options are available in St. Helena and other nearby locations. We select welcoming public spaces, such as a local café or ice cream shop, where both our family and yours can meet comfortably and your puppy’s homecoming can be a safe, relaxed, and special experience.🙂

Personal Puppy Transportation

For families who are unable to meet us locally, personal transportation may be available by arrangement.

When feasible, we can personally accompany your puppy by Uber or Lyft to an agreed-upon meeting location, including longer-distance arrangements. The puppy remains accompanied by us throughout the trip, and the buyer is responsible for the applicable transportation fare only.

Airport Meeting

For families traveling from farther away, we may also be able to personally bring your puppy to an agreed-upon airport for pickup.

Airport arrangements, timing, puppy age and readiness, transportation expenses, and the family’s travel plans must be discussed with us in advance.

Planning Your Puppy’s Homecoming

Every family’s circumstances are different, so we are happy to discuss the most appropriate available pickup arrangement individually.

Whether you meet us at pickup place or arrange personal transportation, our goal is to make your puppy’s transition from our home to yours comfortable, carefully coordinated, and personal.
