MIRZ Games ("biz", "bize" veya "bizim"), Balloon Blast mobil oyununu sunar. Bu Gizlilik Politikası, oyunu kullandığınızda hangi bilgilerin işlendiğini, bu bilgilerin neden kullanıldığını ve haklarınızı açıklar.
Balloon Blast hesap oluşturmayı veya kullanıcı girişi yapmayı gerektirmez. Ad, e-posta adresi, telefon numarası, adres, mesaj, fotoğraf, video, ses dosyası, kişi listesi, ödeme kartı veya sağlık verisi doğrudan toplamıyoruz.
Oyunda reklam göstermek, reklam performansını ölçmek, analiz yapmak ve sahtekârlığı önlemek için Unity LevelPlay/ironSource reklam hizmetlerini kullanıyoruz. Bu hizmetler aşağıdaki verileri toplayabilir ve belirtilen durumlarda reklam hizmeti sağlayıcılarıyla paylaşabilir:
IP adresinden türetilebilen yaklaşık konum,
reklamlarla gerçekleştirilen etkileşimler,
uygulama ve SDK tanılama bilgileri,
reklam kimliği dâhil cihaz veya diğer tanımlayıcılar.
Bu veriler; reklam sunmak ve reklam performansını ölçmek, analiz yapmak, hizmetlerin güvenliğini sağlamak, sahtekârlığı önlemek ve yasal yükümlülüklere uymak amacıyla işlenir. Veriler aktarım sırasında şifrelenir.

Balloon Blast 6 yaş ve üzerindeki kullanıcılara yönelik karma hedef kitleli bir oyundur. Çocuk kullanıcılar için reklam hizmetleri çocuklara yönelik uygulama ayarlarıyla çalıştırılır ve kişiselleştirilmiş reklam yerine bağlamsal/çocuklara uygun reklam sunulması amaçlanır. Google Play Aile Politikası ile geçerli çocuk gizliliği kurallarına uymayı taahhüt ederiz.
Doğrudan kullanıcı hesabı veya profil verisi saklamıyoruz. Reklam hizmetleri tarafından işlenen verilerin saklama süreleri ilgili hizmet sağlayıcının politikalarına göre değişebilir.
Verilerinize erişme veya verilerinizin silinmesini talep etme hakkınız varsa, talebinizi sinanntopal0@gmail.com adresine "Balloon Blast Veri Silme Talebi" başlığıyla gönderebilirsiniz. Talebin değerlendirilebilmesi için kullandığınız cihaz ve yaklaşık kullanım tarihi gibi, sizi doğrudan tanımlamayan gerekli teknik bilgileri isteyebiliriz. İlgili talebi hizmet sağlayıcıya iletebilir veya uygulanabilir diğer adımları bildirebiliriz.
Bilgilerin korunması için makul teknik ve idari önlemler uygulanır. Bununla birlikte internet üzerinden yapılan hiçbir aktarım veya elektronik saklama yöntemi tamamen güvenli değildir.

MIRZ Games ("we", "us", or "our") provides the Balloon Blast mobile game. This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use the game, why it is used, and your choices.
Balloon Blast does not require account creation or sign-in. We do not directly collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses, messages, photos, videos, audio files, contacts, payment card information, or health data.
We use Unity LevelPlay/ironSource advertising services to display ads, measure advertising performance, perform analytics, and prevent fraud. These services may collect and, where applicable, share the following data with advertising service providers:
approximate location inferred from an IP address,
interactions with advertisements,
application and SDK diagnostic information,
device or other identifiers, including an advertising identifier.
This data is processed to deliver and measure advertising, perform analytics, maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. Data is encrypted in transit.

Balloon Blast is a mixed-audience game intended for users aged 6 and older. For child users, advertising services are configured for child-directed use and are intended to provide contextual/child-appropriate ads rather than personalized ads. We are committed to complying with the Google Play Families Policy and applicable children's privacy requirements.
We do not directly maintain user accounts or profile data. Retention periods for data processed by advertising services may vary according to the relevant provider's policies.
Where applicable, you may request access to or deletion of your data by emailing sinanntopal0@gmail.com with the subject "Balloon Blast Data Deletion Request". We may request limited technical information, such as the device used and approximate usage date, that is necessary to evaluate the request. We may forward the request to the relevant service provider or explain other applicable steps.
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect information. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised policy will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
