Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Lakireddy Bali Reddy College of Engineering (Autonomous), Mylavaram, with prior extensive experience in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), Data Management, and Information Systems in large-scale public health and drought mitigation projects.

Previously held the role of State M&E Officer with VHS–CDC Project ASPIRE in Mangalagiri, contributing to the implementation and evaluation of health interventions. Served as a Database, MIS, and M&E Expert under the Andhra Pradesh Drought Mitigation Project (APDMP) in Prakasam District, playing a key role in data-driven decision-making and program monitoring.

Also brings academic experience as an Assistant Professor at Sri Vahini Institute of Science & Technology, Tiruvuru, combining pedagogical expertise with practical exposure to enhance student learning outcomes.Possesses a blend of academic rigor and field-level experience, enabling a comprehensive understanding of both educational and developmental project landscapes.
