Miruna is an artist from Romania passionate about storytelling and drawing. When she is not creating fictional worlds and funny characters, she likes to go on long walks in nature and play video games and boardgames. Nature and folktales are a big source of inspiration for her art.
In 2023 she published her first comicbook called Ruine with Grafic, Arthur Publishing House from Romania.
She is part of the Comics Club collective, a group of artists meeting now and then to create fun comics. In 2024 they released Fan[te]zine, a collection of comics inspired by folktales, everyday life and past memories.
In 2025 she worked as an artist for the boardgame Secolul Fanariot, an historical boardgame about Romania in the 18th century.
She likes to take part in artfairs and sell prints of her artworks : OnPaper 2026, Sit and Read 2025, RoCreator 2025.
In 2024 she took part in art events such as portrait drawing at festivals ( Jazz in the Park and TIFF - Transylvanian International Film Festival ) and live drawing on stage ( Fan[te]zine launch event and German Center celebration of 30 years of activity, accompanied by the live music of Niklas Paschburg).
She worked for clients such as: Arthur Publishing House, Dar cu Zar, Deveo Studio, Rafael Éditions, Zilele Jocurilor Association, Vitrina Advertising, German Cultural Center, ASAP Romania, Bloc Zero Association, Faculty of Theatre and Film Production, Diatim Production.
