Executive & Operations

• Chief Financial Officer (Treasurer)
  Manages the organization’s budget, tracks spending, helps with fundraising goals, and ensures we’re financially stable.

• Chief Administrative Officer (Secretary)
  Keeps us organized, takes notes during meetings, manages calendars, and handles key communication and internal documents.

Development & Fundraising

• Director of Strategic Partnerships & Development (Fundraising/Development)

Builds relationships with donors, applies for grants, plans fundraising events, and works closely with the CFO to fund our mission.

 Programs & Mentorship

• Director of Programs
  Oversees, creates and plans our programming, including events, workshops, and mentor-mentee activities.

• Lead of Mentorship Curriculum Development
  Designs engaging, culturally relevant curriculum and resources for mentors and mentees to use during sessions.

Community & Outreach

• Director of Community Engagement & Outreach
  Builds and maintains relationships with schools, families, and community partners; helps expand our non-profit across the city. 

Marketing & Media

• Director of Social Media
  Manages our social media accounts, creates content, and helps tell the story of MIRR Mentors online in a powerful way.

 Impact & Strategy

• Director of Evaluation & Impact
  Collects data through surveys to see how well our programs are working, evaluates if students are learning and growing from the curriculum, and anaylzes the overall progress of MIRR Mentors to help us make improvements.
