GENERAL
• By sending a payment you automatically agree with my terms.
• I can cancel the commission at any point for any reason such as:
poor communication, rude behavior, harassment, health issues, life issues etc.
PAYMENT & REFUND
• Payment must be send up front before I start to work on your commission and it will
be done through Paypal invoice. The work will not start until the payment is fully sent.
I accept payment plans for commissions over 100€. These are subject to discuss with a client.
• Payment must be sent within 24 hours otherwise the commission will be canceled.
• You may request a refund, however, the amount refunded will be subject to the following:
If I haven't started to work on the commission, you will receive the full refund.
If I started to work on the commission, you will receive a partial refund depending on the amount of work invested in the commission.
• You will not receive a refund if the commission is complete.
• Refunds will be made if I, the artist, cancel the commission after prior accepting it.
ARTWORK USE & RIGHTS
• I have a right to use the artwork commissioned from me for my commercial and personal use
as well as uploading it on my social media and personal galleries.
• You may use the artwork you commissioned only for personal and non-profit use.
• You may re-upload the commissioned watermarked artwork with a proper credit given.
• You may request to stay anonymous on uploaded artwork.
EDITS ON COMMISSION
• After every done stage on the commission, the artwork will be sent to you for approval. I will not
continue to work on the commission until it has been approved.
• You may request changes on the commission for free while the commission is in the sketch stage.
• Changes requested after the sketch stage will come with additional fee depending on the amount of changes.
• If I am unsure about the character detail, I will ask you for clarification.
• If I forgot a marking, accessory, detail etc. that was provided on character reference I will correct it with no additional charge. Any missing details, markings, accessories, etc. that were not provided on the character reference will not be corrected after the commission is completed.
• Major revisions such as a pose change, palette change, background change, etc will not be made after the sketch of the commission is approved.
UPDATES & DELIVERY
•You may ask for occasional updates at any time for commission, however, being asked too frequently (daily / hourly) will be considered harassment and will result in the cancellation of your commission.
• The average turnaround time for all commissions is 1 to 3 months.
• If you want to set a specific deadline for commission to be done at, you will need to clarify it before payment and it will cost an additional fee.
• The commission can be finished sooner or later than average turnaround time due to reasons such as: health & life issues, burnout, large/small queue etc. If the commission will be delayed you will be notified.

• Urban settings
• Discriminatory material
• Extreme nudity/porn
• Vehicles
• Extreme complexity
• Most fan made characters
• If you are unsure about the content of your requested commission, you are welcome to ask me.
(* For humanoid characters it fully depends on the design and the type of commission if I will accept or decline your request.)
