MIRHABI SOFT LLC ("App Soft Studio", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information in connection with your use of our VPN application (VPN Proxy: Secure Fast & Private or "the App").
By downloading, installing, or using the App on any platform, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App immediately.

Transactional Information: When you make a purchase through our services (via Google Play, Apple App Store, or our website), payment processing is handled by the respective platform or industry-standard payment processors operating under their own terms and privacy policies. We may collect information related to your purchase, such as subscription type, purchase dates, and amounts.

b) Information Collected When Using Our Services
Device Information: We and our advertising networks collect data about the device you use to access our services, including device model, settings, operating system, network details, and application version numbers. This data collection by ad networks applies only to free users.
Advertising Identifiers: Our ad networks may gather your device's advertising identifier (AAID on Android, IDFA on iOS) for marketing and analytics purposes. You can disable your advertising identifier via Google account settings (Android) or Apple device settings (iOS).
VPN Application Information: We do not store your VPN browsing history (e.g., websites visited or apps accessed through the VPN). We may collect anonymized usage data such as connection speed, latency, connection success rates, feature usage, error reports, and troubleshooting information.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information for the following purposes:
Improve the App: We use App usage statistics to improve the performance, stability, and functionality of the App across all platforms.
Provide Support: We may use App usage statistics to diagnose and troubleshoot issues you encounter while using the App.
Billing and payment purposes.
To develop new services and features.
To market and advertise our services.
To prevent harm or liability.
For legal compliance.
IP Addresses: An IP address is required from a technical perspective to enable the use of our services. IP addresses are neither stored nor used beyond the duration of a VPN session.
3. Information Sharing
We do not share your personal information with any third parties for their own commercial purposes. We may share anonymized and aggregated App usage statistics with third-party service providers who help us operate and improve the App. We may disclose your information in the following circumstances:
To enforce our rights and prevent fraud and abuse.
To comply with legal processes and applicable law.
To a new owner if ownership of our services, assets, or business changes.
In accordance with your consent (e.g., if you register using a third-party account such as Google or Apple).
To affiliates and third-party service providers who assist us with: processing customer payments; providing analytics about our services; providing sales and customer support; maintaining the infrastructure required to provide our services; and delivering our marketing and advertising content.
4. Key Assurances About Our VPN
No Logging of VPN Browsing Activity: The VPN does not record or store any information that could identify your online activities while using the service. Your browsing, viewing, and other online actions remain unassociated with your identity.
Encryption and Privacy Protection: All data transmitted through the VPN is encrypted. We do not inspect or log the content of your online activities. The only exception is when you choose to communicate with us directly.
No Activity Data Available for Sharing: Since your VPN browsing activities are not collected, we have no such data to share, even if legally required.
Free Version with Ads: The free version of the VPN is supported by personalized ads. These ads are not based on your VPN browsing activities. Personalization is conducted by our advertising partners, who may use your advertising identifier (AAID or IDFA) to show relevant ads. You may opt out via your device settings.
Ad-Free Paid Version: The paid version of the VPN does not include ads and does not share any information with advertising partners.
5. Advertising Services With Free VPN
For users of our free VPN, we may serve ads through third-party advertising services. We do not collect or share VPN browsing information with advertising service providers. However, ad delivery entities will have access to information associated with ad delivery, including device-specific information such as:
Device or mobile advertising identifiers (AAID / IDFA)
IP address, which may reveal your approximate geographic location (when using the VPN, this may be replaced with an alternative location)
Device-specific information such as make, model, OS version, language, and time zone
The name of the app serving the ad
Advertising services we may use include:
Google AdMob / Google Analytics — https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
IronSource — https://developers.is.com/ironsource-mobile/air/ironsource-mobile-privacy-policy
Meta/Facebook — https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy
AppLovin — https://developers.applovin.com/en/max/android/overview/privacy

You may also opt out of interest-based mobile advertising using the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA) AppChoices app at https://youradchoices.com/appchoices.
6. Ad-Supported Free Version VPN Behavior
To support our free version with advertising, our VPN may temporarily suspend the VPN tunnel when an ad is requested. This enables the ad network to retrieve the device's original IP address for appropriate ad delivery. During this brief period:
Internet traffic is routed outside the encrypted VPN tunnel.
The user's public IP address may be visible to the ad network.
App Soft Studio does not collect, retain, or share the IP address or any traffic data during this period.
Third-party ad networks may collect data in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
Once the ad is displayed or dismissed, the VPN tunnel is automatically re-established, ensuring encrypted and private internet access.
This behavior is limited to users of the free, ad-supported version of the app. Users who subscribe to the premium plan are not affected and enjoy uninterrupted, secure VPN connectivity.
7. Tracking Technologies & Cookies

SDKs (Software Development Kits) are software code provided by our advertising networks or other business partners. Some SDKs may collect device information for ad delivery and analytics purposes as described in Section 5.
