Welcome to Miro. These Automatic Subscription Service Rules explain the terms and conditions governing the automatic renewal of Miro membership subscriptions.
By selecting a subscription plan and confirming your purchase through Google Play or the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable subscription terms and these rules.
Miro may provide automatically renewing membership subscriptions that allow users to access additional features and services during an active subscription period.
You understand and agree to the following:
(1) Google Play Subscriptions
If you activate the Miro automatic subscription service through Google Play, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal takes effect.
Google Play will charge the payment method associated with your Google account according to the applicable billing schedule. After successful payment, your Miro membership will be extended for the corresponding subscription period.
(2) Apple App Store Subscriptions
If you purchase a Miro subscription through Apple's in-app purchase system, the subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the current subscription period expires.
Apple will charge the payment method associated with your Apple Account according to its billing schedule, which may include processing renewal charges within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
(3) Subscription Notifications
Google Play or Apple may provide notifications or payment reminders through email, account notifications, or other available channels in accordance with their policies and applicable legal requirements.
You are responsible for reviewing your subscription information, renewal dates, and payment status.
(4) Subscription Periods
Available subscription periods may include:
Weekly Subscription (1 Week)
Monthly Subscription (1 Month)
Annual Subscription (1 Year)
The actual subscription options, prices, benefits, and billing periods are determined by the information displayed on the Miro subscription purchase page.
(5) Automatic Renewal and Charges
Unless you cancel your subscription before the next renewal takes effect, the applicable subscription fee will be automatically charged for the next billing period.
Subscription charges are processed by the relevant application store. Prices, applicable taxes, and currency information will be displayed before purchase confirmation.
(6) Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel automatic renewal at any time through the application store associated with your purchase.
After cancellation, your membership benefits will generally remain available until the end of the already-paid subscription period. Cancellation does not automatically result in a refund for the current billing period.
Refund requests are handled according to the applicable Google Play or Apple refund policies and relevant consumer protection laws.
