Prenatal Support🤰🏽
• Up to 3 prenatal visits, including discussion of birth preferences and formulation of a birth plan. Support is available in English, Hebrew or German
• Education about stages of labor, comfort measures and position options for labor and birth based on midwifery knowledge
• Partner preparation and coaching techniques
• Resource recommendations and advice
• Guidance in processing fears or anxieties about birth and parenthood

•Available via phone/text throughout pregnancy for questions, concerns and assistance
• On-call 24/7 availability from 38 weeks of pregnancy until birth of the baby

• Continuous emotional encouragement and presence
• Physical comfort measures (massage, positioning, breathing techniques, aromatherapy, etc.)

Immediate Postpartum Support🤱🏽
• Initial breastfeeding support, skin-to-skin contact and bonding
• Emotional support during the first hours after birth
• Up to 2 postpartum visits in the first six weeks, including birth debrief
Payment plans and various methods available upon request
Additionally, I provide a "lending library" of books, resources and equipment for your knowledge, comfort and the labor itself. This includes, but is not limited to, referrals to local trusted practitioners, a TENS unit for pain relief, birth combs, an exercise ball, fairy lights to decorate the birth space and much more.

FAQ's
"What happens if I go into labor before 38 weeks?"
During our prenatal meetings, we'll discuss all exceptional circumstances, including early labor, and work together to create a plan that gives you peace of mind. While I'm officially on-call from 38 weeks, I'm always contactable by phone during regular hours throughout your pregnancy.
"Can my partner be present during prenatal visits?"
I encourage your partner to be present during our meetings, though require presence for only one meeting. I also offer an option to meet with your partner/support person one-on-one to delve into their specific questions or concerns.
"Do you provide backup doula coverage?"
Absolutely. I have a network of trusted doulas with whom I collaborate. Though extremely rare, in case of emergency, I will have you covered!
"How far in advance should I book your services?"
The sooner, the better! Booking early means we have more time to get acquainted and build trust, and I can block out your due date in my calendar to ensure my full availability. I typically fill my calendar 4-5 months in advance, so reach out as soon as you're considering doula support.
