Mirage Labs LLC (North) (“we”, “us”, or “our”) develops virtual reality applications. We are committed to protecting your privacy and explaining clearly how your information is handled. By using our apps, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information when you use the App:

1.1 Custom Usernames

• When you create a username inside the App, we store this value so you can be identified in multiplayer sessions.
  
  

1.2 Online Multiplayer Data (Photon & PlayFab)

We use Photon and PlayFab to enable online multiplayer functionality. As part of these services, the following data may be collected or transmitted:

• Unique user identifiers (generated by PlayFab or Photon)

• Session information (lobby/match ID, room name, region)

• Multiplayer activity (who you connect with, gameplay session flow)

• Basic network data required for multiplayer synchronization (e.g., ping, region routing)
  
  

We do not collect sensitive personal data such as real names, addresses, or financial information.

2. How We Use the Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide online multiplayer services

• Maintain game functionality and connectivity

• Improve App performance and stability

• Prevent cheating and protect service integrity

• Authenticate users in online sessions

• Save and load user progress (if applicable)

We do not sell or share your personal information with third-party advertisers.

3. Third-Party Services

Our App uses the following third-party services, which may process data on our behalf:

Photon Engine

Used for multiplayer networking.

Used for user accounts, leaderboards, and data storage.

These services may collect anonymized usage data required to operate multiplayer and backend features.

4. Children’s Privacy

Our apps are designed for users ages 13 and older. Some are designed for 18 and older.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age allowed by local regulations. If you believe data has been collected from a child improperly, contact us immediately.

5. Data Retention

We retain user data only as long as necessary to:

• Provide the App’s functionality

• Maintain multiplayer systems

• Comply with legal obligations

Users may request deletion of their data at any time (see Section 6).

6. Data Deletion Requests (Required by Meta)

You may request that your data be deleted at any time.

Please include the following in your email:

• Your username (as used in any App)

• Any device ID or PlayFab ID you know (optional)

• A clear statement requesting deletion of your data

We will delete your stored data from our systems, from Photon (if applicable), and from PlayFab.
Deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days.

7. Security

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect user data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute safety.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document.

By accessing or using our VR experiences, you agree to the following terms:

1. User Eligibility

• You must be 10 years or older to use our VR experiences.

2. Community Guidelines

Users must follow these rules:

• No cheating, exploiting, or use of unauthorized mods.

• No harassment, threats, or offensive behavior.

• No racism, hate speech, or discrimination of any kind.

• Follow all posted rules within individual VR experiences.

3. In-App Purchases

• All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.

• You are responsible for any purchases made with your account.

4. Modding and Unauthorized Use

• Modding or tampering with our VR experiences is strictly prohibited.

• Violations may result in bans or legal action.

5. Liability

• Mirage Labs is not responsible for injuries, discomfort, or other issues arising from improper VR usage.

• Our experiences are provided "as-is" without warranties.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of our experiences constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
