Q: What are the activities in the field of education?
Ans: MIRA runs a scholarship program in peripheral schools and helps academically brilliant students of poor families to complete their education minimum upto class 10. It also helps the school drop outs to rejoin school by helping them financially or materialistic manner in the form of books, uniform, stationary, etc.
Q: What are the activities in the field of environment and sanitation?
Ans: MIRA organises plantation drives in the rainy seasons. The plantation drives are held on government owned barren lands, side of roads, etc. MIRA does not end its duty just by planting the samplings but protects it from gazers like cow, watering if necessary. Care is given to each plant until it can survive of its own.
Q: What are the activities in the field of environment and sanitation?
Ans: In other programs of poverty alleviation, MIRA works on cloth donation among the poor who can not afford clothing. This program is named as Contribution by Cloth Program (CBCP)
