There have been many heavenly interventions in our history when the supernatural became a part of our temporal life on earth. The book presents several examples of God's decisive intervention in world events. And all of these events have one factor in common: whole nations began to pray.
We might even ask if these stories give us the opportunity to find a "miracle pattern". Perhaps the main theme is sincere faith, deep devotion, and cooperation with God through prayer, fasting, and repentance. Not just individually, but as a community, even as a nation.
It seems that these stories are a good lesson for modern man and today's world situation, where nothing natural can bring peace and freedom.
