3. Membership Benefits

  -  Your acute/Chronic Disease facilities, personal Consultation , nutrition consultations,  Diet Plan

  - Discounts on additional services and products.

  - Access to exclusive events and workshops.

4. Membership Fees

   - Membership fees are [14000 Month/120000 Annually ] and are due on the 12 month

   - Fees are subject to change According To Disease

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

   - Members may Not be cancel their membership 

   - Refunds will not be issued for any unused portion of the membership fee.

   - Members are responsible for maintaining their own health and safety during activities.

7. Liability Waiver
