There will be no local computers provided in any meeting rooms, so participants must bring their own laptops. We will only provide projectors and adapters. This applies to all keynote sessions, innovation forums, workshops, oral presentations, grand-challenge sessions, and tutorials. For workshops, specific instructions will be sent by the workshop organizers. If you have any questions, please contact them directly. Each session will have a Session Chair and volunteers to coordinate the session. Before the session starts, please inform the Session Chair or volunteers that you are present.
If you are an author delivering a presentation on-site, you should:
Each presenter will have 12 minutes for their presentation, followed by 3 minutes for Q&A. Please adhere strictly to the time limits.
To ensure a smooth presentation, you must contact the session volunteers at least 15 minutes before your session to verify that your presentation file has been uploaded and is working correctly.
If you plan to use your own laptop for the presentation, please test the setup in advance and inform the session volunteers.
Ensure your laptop has an HDMI/VGA port.
No show policy: If a presenter does not show up for their scheduled presentation without prior notice, their paper may be excluded from the conference proceedings.
We only accept remote presentations when the authors can not participate in MIPR in person due to uncontrollable conditions.
For remote Presenters, please note that both the presentation and Q&A will be live.
If you are an author that will deliver a virtual presentation, then you should:
Join the Google Meets session before the start of the session;
Talk with the session chair to see if everything is okay.
Turn on your camera and microphone, and share your presentation screen in Google Meets when it’s your turn.
Each demo paper will be provided with a poster board (approximately 100cm (width) x 250 cm (height)), a table (approximately 100 (width) x 90 (height) x 50 (depth) cm), and an electrical outlet. You need to bring any other equipment (i.e., laptops or pads) by yourself. Please pack up your demo and poster at the end of the demo session.
