Minyoung Cho
I am an applied econometrician with a strong focus on empirical macroeconomics and finance. My current research focus lies on dynamics of macroeconomic and financial risk or uncertainty following various shocks and their impacts on the economy. In my job market paper, I investigate how the uncertainty level in the US regional housing markets changes following tornadoes based on the quantile local projection framework.
I am on the 2024-2025 job market.
