Minwi Lee

Introduction

Hi! My name is MinWi Lee.

I'm an researcher who interested in structural engineering and architectural design. With structural engineering, I studied ancient timber structure of Korea, so called Hanok. I aimed to 1) develop seismic design and retrofit of various types of structure 2) discover meaningful correlation between structural performance with planar design. 3) provide a structural database of timber as a eco-friendly construction material, and 4) present insights for designing timber structure and making guideline.
