Welcome to MINUTT. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MINUTT mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By using MINUTT, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. About MINUTT

MINUTT is a quick-commerce platform that facilitates delivery of groceries, food, and daily essentials from local stores to users.

2. Eligibility

• MINUTT is open to users of all ages.
  
  

• By using the app, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.
  
  

• If you are using MINUTT on behalf of another person, you confirm you have their consent.
  
  

3. Account & Usage

• Currently, users may place orders without creating an account.
  
  

• In the future, login via OTP or other authentication methods may be introduced.
  
  

• You agree to provide accurate delivery and contact information while placing an order.
  
  

MINUTT reserves the right to restrict or deny access if misuse is detected.

4. Orders & Acceptance

• Placing an order on MINUTT constitutes a request to purchase products.
  
  

• MINUTT reserves the right to accept, modify, or cancel any order at its discretion.
  
  

• Orders may be cancelled by MINUTT due to:
  
  

  • Product unavailability
    
    

  • Pricing or listing errors

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Users do not currently have a self-service cancellation option in the app.
  
  

• MINUTT may cancel an order before delivery, at its discretion.
  
  

• Once an order is delivered, no cancellations or refunds will be provided, except where required by law.
  
  

6. Pricing & Payment

• Prices displayed are subject to change without notice.
  
  

• If a pricing error occurs due to a technical or human mistake:
  
  

  • MINUTT reserves the right to cancel the order
    
    

  • Any paid amount will be refunded, if applicable
    
    

Payment Methods:

• Cash on Delivery (currently available)
  
  

• Digital payments (UPI or others) may be introduced in the future
  
  

MINUTT does not store sensitive payment details.

7. Delivery

• Delivery times shown are estimates and not guaranteed.
  
  

• Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, store issues, high demand, or unforeseen circumstances.
  
  

• MINUTT is not liable for compensation or damages caused by delivery delays.
  
  

8. Product Availability & Substitution

• If an ordered item is unavailable:

  • No substitutions will be made without user confirmation
    
    

9. Service Availability

MINUTT reserves the right to:

MINUTT does not reserve the right to permanently shut down operations without notice, except where legally required.

10. User Conduct

• Use the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  
  

MINUTT may block or restrict users found engaging in misuse, fraud, or abuse.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on MINUTT, including logos, designs, text, and software, is the property of MINUTT and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MINUTT harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of:

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jalgaon, Maharashtra.

Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
