We're thrilled to share that recent DVC grad Likha Belenytska placed 8th in the world at the 2025 US Adobe Certiport World Championship in Orlando, FL!
Now in its 12th year, the annual competition challenges contestants from around the world to demonstrate their superior digital design skills using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. A panel of judges, including representatives from NFTE and design industry experts, reviewed the final projects and determined the winners based on visual appeal, ability to meet the client’s requirements and brand aesthetics, as well as their professional use of Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
Amazing work Likha! Thank you for representing the USA and Minuteman with such finesse.
We're thrilled to share that recent DVC grad Likha Belenytska placed 4th in the nation at the 2025 US Adobe Certiport Championship in Dallas, TX—out of thousands of eligible students nationwide!
To qualify, students earned Adobe certification and submitted original designs, with only 41 making it to the national finals. There, Likha had 8 hours to create marketing materials for QB United and the Cook Center for Human Connection, two nonprofits supporting mental health and suicide prevention.
Way to go, Likha!

After the design contest earlier this year, it came as a surprise to find that one of our students artworks had been held back from being used in the Morse Library's 150th Limited Edition Library Cards and was chosen to be featured on the upcoming Morse Institute Library Community Cookbook!
We are happy to announce that Arya De Francesco, Class of 2024, has had her work chosen to be featured on the cover of the cookbook.
"I really loved your design, and I'm happy to see it used for our 150th Cookbook, a truly special community-created project. Well done on a truly unique vision of what the Morse Institute Library means to you, and what it means to have the library celebrating its 150th anniversary next year." - Miki Wolfe, Director of the Morse Library
