If you’re a parent or guardian of a Minuteman athlete, you’re eligible to serve on the Boosters Board. You can stay involved for as long as your child plays on a Minuteman team.
We make sure families from across the Minuteman district have a voice. To keep representation fair, Board members come from at least five different towns. If that doesn’t happen naturally, additional parents are invited to join as At-Large Members.
Our Board is made up of dedicated parent volunteers:
President – Leads the Board, works with coaches and the Athletic Director, and helps organize resources for teams.
Treasurer – Manages the Boosters’ funds, tracks expenses, and provides financial reports.
Clerk – Takes meeting notes, manages communications, and shares information with families and teams.
Fundraising Chair – Coordinates fundraising events and supports teams with their fundraising efforts.
At-Large Members – Represent fall, winter, and spring sports while supporting Board activities where needed.
School Liaison – A non-voting Athletic Director (or their appointee) who keeps communication strong between the school and the Board.
Board members serve for one year at a time and may serve up to four years, with the option to extend if the Board agrees.
