PLEASE READ

- Do not resell or redistribute files / commission work to other parties or individuals

- All commission related work is not to be used with NFTs or AI generation

- I have the right to deny any commission request for any reason and do not need to state my reasoning

- Please credit upon usage of commissioned works

- Whatever files sent by commissioner will not be used by artist for any reason

PAYMENTS

- Payment full upfront OR a payment plan that is discussed beforehand

- Payment plans can be discussed for work above a certain price point

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

- Commissions will be finished between 1 and 4 weeks + depending on the commission type / complexity of the commission.

- I will send over sketch concepts for approval, once there has been approval I will send over updates from cleaned sketch / lineart, any general coloring, and then the final product.

- Finished commission works will be sent via Google Drive link or through DMS via discord or other

USE

- Non-commercial work :

- Work that is done for non-commercial purposes can be used for personal usage and must be credited upon usage.

- Commercial work : Work that is done for commercial purposes can be used for any purpose that has been previously discussed with and specified prior to completion of the work.

- Commissioned work cannot be used for NFT and / or AI generation

- Clients may not claim commissioned work as their own

- Clients may not alter commissioned work

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

- No refunds unless I physically am unable to work on the commission or a cancellation is absolutely necessary

- If a commission is cancelled, the commissioner waives the right to use any and all work from the cancelled commission. This includes sketches, concepts, and ideas communicated through the commission process.

COMMUNICATION

- Updates, communication, and final works will be sent through DMS discord or otherwise
