Coast VA offers three divisions/levels of teams: 

1. National or Open

2. Regional 

3. Local

4. Non-Travel 

"National" teams require the most commitment. These teams are designed for athletes who want to play volleyball at the highest level. These teams will play in tournaments that require out-of-state travel, some of which require flights.  "Open" teams will play in the highest division offered at their events.

"Regional" teams are a lower level of commitment compared to National teams. These teams are great for athletes looking to play competitively. These teams are designed to showcase regionally strong teams that may travel out of state.

"Local" teams require less commitment. They are a great fit for athletes who are newer to the sport or prefer less travel. 

"Non-Travel" teams the least amount of commitment.  They are for athletes that just want to train throughout the spring and not compete in tournaments.
