For the MintoFood Delivery Partner App, location information may be used to support delivery-related functionality, including assigning deliveries, displaying delivery locations, navigation, pickup and delivery coordination, and order status.

For Restaurant Partners, location or restaurant address information may be used to display the restaurant to customers and support order fulfillment.

Location access is requested only when required for an applicable feature. Where Android permission controls apply, location access is requested through the device's permission system.

C. Order and Transaction Information

When customers place orders through MintoFood, we may collect and process:

• Restaurant selected

• Food items ordered

• Quantity and price

• Delivery address

• Order status

• Order history

• Coupon or offer information

• Payment-related status or transaction information

• Refund or cancellation information

Payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers. MintoFood does not intend to store complete card numbers or payment authentication credentials unless explicitly stated within the applicable payment flow.

D. Restaurant Partner Information

Restaurant Partners may provide:

• Restaurant address

• Restaurant images

• Menu items

• Food descriptions

• Food prices

• Business information

• Operating hours

• Offers and discounts

This information is used to operate the restaurant's MintoFood account and fulfill customer orders.

E. Delivery Partner Information

Delivery Partners may provide:

• Order assignment and completion information

• Location information necessary for delivery functionality

This information is used to verify delivery partners, assign deliveries, support navigation and delivery operations, communicate about orders, and maintain platform security.

Camera or photo/file access is used only when required for the relevant feature and subject to applicable device permissions.

We do not access your camera or photos continuously without your interaction with a feature that requires such access.

• Delivery updates

Restaurant and Delivery Partner information necessary to complete an order may be displayed to customers.
