This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected through our mobile applications, how that information is used, and the measures we take to keep it secure.
Consent
By using our applications, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. Where required by law or by Apple, we ask for your permission first, through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt and, in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, a consent message. You can change these choices at any time as described in “Your Choices” below.
Information We Collect
We do not ask for or store information such as your name, address, email, or phone number.
However, our apps may automatically collect certain device and usage information for analytics, advertising, attribution, and crash reporting. This information may include, but is not limited to:
Device type, model, operating system, and version
Language, region, and country settings
Device identifiers (such as advertising ID / IDFA, and IDFV)
IP address, network connection type, carrier, or ISP
App usage statistics (such as screens viewed, time spent, features used, levels played)
In-app purchase events (for example that a purchase was made); payment itself is handled by Apple and we never receive your payment details
Advertising data (such as ads shown and ad revenue) and how you installed the app (for example which advertising campaign led to the install)
Crash logs, error reports, and diagnostic data
General (non-precise) location information, such as country or city, derived from your IP address
We do not use this information to find out who you are. Please note that some laws treat device identifiers and IP addresses as personal data, and we handle them accordingly.
Purposes for Data Collection
The information collected is used solely for legitimate business purposes, such as:
Improving app performance, reliability, and functionality
Monitoring app usage and trends to enhance user experience
Detecting and fixing technical issues or bugs
Displaying relevant advertising
Measuring the effectiveness of advertising and app features, including which campaigns lead to installs (install attribution)
Third-Party Services
Our apps may include links to, or use services provided by, third-party partners for advertising, analytics, attribution, and crash reporting. These partners may collect and process data in accordance with their own privacy policies. Major partners we may use include (but are not limited to):
Google (AdMob, Firebase), AppsFlyer, AppLovin, Mintegral, Pangle, Liftoff Monetize, Unity Ads, Meta, IronSource, InMobi, Chartboost, Yandex, and similar networks.
AppsFlyer is used for install attribution and advertising measurement. It starts only after you have answered the App Tracking Transparency prompt (and, where shown, the consent message), it follows the consent choices you make, and it only receives your advertising identifier (IDFA) if you allow tracking. Unity Ads and Pangle are advertising networks that may show ads in our apps through Google AdMob mediation. They may collect device information, advertising identifiers (only if you allow tracking) and ad interaction data to show and measure ads, and they follow the consent choices you make. We only work with partners that are required to protect your information to a standard equal to the one described in this policy. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. Please review their privacy policies for more information.
Your Choices
Tracking: you can allow or deny tracking when the app asks, and change it later in iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. If you deny tracking, your advertising identifier is not shared, and you can still use the app fully.
Consent (EEA, UK and Switzerland): you can review or change your ad and data choices at any time from the Ad Privacy option in the app’s Settings.
Personalised ads: you can also limit ad personalisation in iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising.
Access or deletion: you can ask us to delete or provide data related to your device by emailing us at the address below. Because we do not know your name or email, please include the app name; we will forward deletion requests to our partners where they hold data linked to your device. Deleting the app also removes the data stored on your device.
Data Retention
We retain information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Third-party partners may have their own data retention policies.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information for money. Device and usage information may be shared with third-party partners as part of analytics, advertising, attribution, or crash reporting, as described above.
Security
We take reasonable and appropriate steps to protect the information collected through our apps, using both technical and organizational measures. However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Children’s Privacy
Our apps are not directed to children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.
