This project was the big project which consists of 20 group members. In this project we did have to make research on climate change caused by landscape. Afterward, we created poster and presentation slides based on what we have found in our research. It was really challenging to work as a project manager because certain members participate too much and it leads other team members away from being able to participate and include their ideas in our project. Rather than acting as a main speaker, I managed my team members to be inclusive and I create every single member to get a chance to express their ideas and opinions. By doing that, everyone in my group became satisfied and organized.
