Locations are to be picked by the team running their Minterlab session. That means teams can pick a park, a library, a teammates house etc. Just make sure you have legal permission to be using whatever venue you choose. For example, the SoundBio team is contacting local libraries to host their Minterlab session.
Materials are outlined in the Minterlab Field Guide, and teams are expected to provide and acquire their own materials. But don't worry, everything is kid friendly, affordable, and mostly arts-and-crafts centered.
Minterlab sessions can be hosted anytime that matches the hosting team's availability. That means whenever works for you! There will a final date for when all Minterlab sessions will be finished so that we can compile all the data from the collaborative experiment.
Each team only needs to host one session, but feel free to do more!
We want to be as inclusive as possible all teams are welcome to join. In other words, we strongly encourage teams from the same country to participate.
