Minsik Kim received the B.S. and M.E. degrees in information and communication engineering and the Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering from Inha University, Incheon, South Korea, in 2017, 2019, and 2024, respectively. He is currently a Senior Researcher with the Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute, Daejeon, South Korea. His research interests include wireless communications, convex optimization, and machine learning.
