# プライバシーポリシー（みんなのガイド）

本アプリ「みんなのガイド」（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者の位置情報をもとに、近くの観光名所をAIが音声で案内するアプリです。本ポリシーは、本アプリが取り扱う情報とその目的を説明します。
## 1. 取得する情報
- **位置情報（GPS）**: 近くの観光スポットを判定し、自動で音声ガイドを再生するために使用します。アプリの利用中、および「ガイド開始」を有効にしている間はバックグラウンド（アプリを表示していない状態）でも位置情報を取得します。
- 本アプリは、氏名・電話番号・メールアドレス等の個人を直接特定する情報は取得しません。
- アカウント登録は不要です。
## 2. 位置情報の利用目的
1. 現在地の周辺にある観光スポットを検索するため
2. スポットに近づいた際に音声ガイドを自動再生するため
3. 訪問したスポットを端末内の履歴として表示するため
バックグラウンドでの位置情報取得は、上記2（近づいたら自動で案内する）の機能を提供するために必要です。利用者は端末の設定およびアプリ内の「ガイド開始」操作により、いつでも位置情報の取得を停止できます。
## 3. 第三者サービスへの送信
本アプリは、機能の提供のため以下の外部サービスを利用します。

- 本アプリは、利用者の情報を広告目的で第三者に販売・提供することはありません。
## 4. 情報の保存
- 訪問したスポットの履歴や各種設定は、利用者の端末内に保存されます。
- 生成された案内文・音声は、表示の高速化のためバックエンド（Supabase）に保存される場合があります。これらは特定の個人と結びつくものではありません。
## 5. 位置情報の管理・停止方法
- アプリ内の「ガイド開始／ガイド中」ボタンで、位置情報の取得開始・停止を切り替えられます。
- 端末の「設定 → アプリ → みんなのガイド → 権限」から、位置情報の許可をいつでも取り消せます。
## 6. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは、13歳未満の子どもから意図的に個人情報を取得することはありません。
## 7. 本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは、必要に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本アプリまたは本ページ上でお知らせします。

# Privacy Policy (Minna no Guide)

"Minna no Guide" (the "App") is an application that uses your location to provide AI-powered audio guides for nearby tourist spots. This policy explains what information the App handles and for what purposes.
## 1. Information We Collect
- **Location data (GPS):** Used to detect nearby tourist spots and automatically play audio guides. While the App is in use and while "Start Guide" is enabled, location is collected in the background (even when the App is not on screen).
- The App does not collect information that directly identifies you, such as your name, phone number, or email address.
- No account registration is required.
## 2. How We Use Location Data
1. To search for tourist spots near your current location
2. To automatically play an audio guide when you approach a spot
3. To show your visited spots as a history stored on your device
Background location access is necessary to provide the "guide me automatically as I approach" feature (item 2). You can stop location collection at any time via your device settings and the App's "Start Guide" control.
## 3. Sharing with Third-Party Services
To provide its features, the App uses the following external services.

## 4. Data Retention
- Visited-spot history and settings are stored on your device.
- Generated guide text and audio may be stored on the backend (Supabase) to speed up display. These are not linked to any specific individual.
## 5. Managing and Stopping Location Access
- Use the "Start Guide / Guiding" button in the App to start or stop location collection.
- You can revoke the location permission at any time via your device "Settings → Apps → Minna no Guide → Permissions."
## 6. Children's Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
## 7. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be revised as necessary. If there are significant changes, we will notify you within the App or on this page.
