Hey, my name is Gavin and I am a fourth year physics major and I am the President. Usually I point to Vinland Saga as my favorite anime, Berserk as my favorite manga, and Silent Voice as my favorite movie. I generally like darker shows/themes, and some other favorites include Lain, Monster, Violet Evergarden, and Kaguya Love is War. I'm also a huge fan of video games, playing all sorts of stuff. Personal favorites for those are RDR2, Library of Ruina, Astlibra, Nier Replicant, and Clair Obscur.

Hello my name is Mario Solano and I am this year’s treasurer. I am a second year Child Development major and Im a big fan of a variety of different genres. Although if I had to pick a favorite I would say rom-coms     (Hi-score girl is peak) are what I enjoy the most. I also play a lot of gacha games like HSR and WUWA ask me for my UID (need to stack my credits ).

Hello, my name is Danny Kirsten. I am a third year Experience Industry Management major. This is my second year being an officer. I thought I watched a lot of anime until I joined this club, so if you have any questions about that, you might want to ask someone else. Besides anime, I like sports, music, and gaming, so if any of that interests you, feel free to talk to me. Hello! My name’s Nina! I’m currently a second year BioResource and Agricultural Engineering major and I’m also minoring in Mathematics. I haven’t been watching anime as long as some of the other officers but I try to watch as many shows as I can, especially any popular new releases (MarriageToxin was so good and I can’t believe no one is talking about it). I first got into anime with shonen, but these days I’ve been loving everything dark, violent, gritty, and dramatic. If you watched a show and it made you cry, please come and recommend it to me. Outside of watching anime, I love to draw/paint, listen to indie rock, and go hiking.

Hello my name is Jonathan Valot, otherwise known as Zippy and I am a third year Civil Engineering major. Some may say that all I watch is slop, but I swear some of these are peak. I mainly bounce between romance and isekai with a few other genres sprinkled in between. I love collecting art and plushies to deck out my room, making it all shiny and comfy. Lastly, I also cosplay as Himmel the Hero which you may see me wearing at AX or Fanime. 

Favorite Music: I enjoy listening to J-pop, with Ado and Miku being some of my favorite artists. 

Favorite Games: I don't play a lot of games, but when I do it's Project Sekai or Honkai Star Rail on my iPad.

Hi!!!! My name is Keira Lum. I’m a second year interdisciplinary studies major, hoping to transfer to LAES (liberal arts and engineering) and this year’s scribe. This will be my first year as an officer so I might not be able to answer all questions, but feel free to ask anyways. Besides watching anime, I also enjoy reading manga, listening to music and eating. In terms of anime, I tend to lean more towards action, fantasy and Isekai, but I’ll watch most things.

Hey, I'm Grace Smith. I'm a fourth-year Animal Science major transfer student who is trying to get into veterinary school. When I’m not watching anime or studying, I love to crochet, play video games, read manga, and hang out in Morro Bay to see the sea otters. While I’m not as well-versed in a lot of anime as the other officers, I love learning about more anime and manga I’ve haven't heard about or really checked out, especially underrated series that are thrillers/horror or romance.
