Device Fabrication and Characterization Laboratory
Our laboratory operates a device fabrication and characterization facility dedicated to integrating newly synthesized functional organic materials into optoelectronic devices, including solar cells, displays, and transistors. The facility is equipped with a glovebox-integrated evaporation system, spin coater, UV–ozone cleaner, and thermal processing equipment, enabling precise thin-film formation and device fabrication under both inert and ambient conditions. In addition, computational workstations are utilized for theoretical analysis of electronic structures and material properties of organic semiconductors, while optical thin-film characterization tools such as spectroscopic ellipsometry provide quantitative evaluation of material and film properties. Further materials and device characterization systems will be progressively installed to systematically strengthen the correlation between molecular structure, material properties, and device performance.
