You must be 13 or older or have parental consent to use the App.
MiniWins offers optional paid features.
Payment is processed via Google Play or Apple App Store.
We do not store credit card or billing data ourselves.
All sales are final unless otherwise required by local law.
All content, designs, graphics, and code are the property of MiniWins.
You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the app without permission.
Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used to improve the app without compensation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to MiniWins at any time for violation of these Terms.
MiniWins is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee habit success or outcome from using the app.
To the extent permitted by law, MiniWins shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada (or specify your country). Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of local courts.
