Mr. E’s 10-year Vision:
Vision Statement-
“I minister to people and tell them about the Shepherd who is Jesus Christ!”
How I will live this out:
While I minister to others, I will also be a Shepherd follower, first and foremost, a follower of Jesus.
I will help people find and follow Jesus. How? By being like Jesus, who is my Shepherd and by looking at those around me through the eyes of Jesus!
I will seek and follow Jesus Christ as my Shepherd every day of my life!
My goal is to be more like my Shepherd, Jesus every day!
I will minister to God’s people every Sunday!
My life verses- John 10:14, “I am the good shepherd; I know my sheep and my sheep know me”
Psalm 23:1, ‘The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.’
My 4 pillars are-
I will help care for God’s flock and do my best as an Under-shepherd
I will encourage others and help guide them to find peace in Jesus
I will encourage those around me to follow in the footsteps of Jesus.
I will always go to my Shepherd, Jesus, when I have questions.
Mission Statement-
I bring the flock to The Shepherd. Jesus is the SHEPHERD!
