Q- My child will turn 4 in the fall can they attend camp this summer?

A- If your child has not turned 4 by 7/27/2026, they may not attend this summer. We will be so happy to welcome them next summer when they have turned 4.

Q- I have two children of different ages, will they be placed together during camp?

A- We place the dancers into groups by grade level. This allows us to keep choreography age-appropriate. This ensures it is challenging enough for our older dancers but not overwhelming for the younger dancers.

Q- We have a friend group that wants to come to camp together, but they are different ages. Can we keep their friend group together?

A- We are happy to do our best to keep friend groups together; however, we will place them in the younger dancer’s grade level. If they are more than two years apart, we find it best to keep them with their grade level and have them make new friends during camp.

Q- We want to have our dancer attend camp but have a conflict for one of the days.

A- That is not a problem. We understand that summer schedules fill up quickly. We do use this camp as a fundraiser, so the fee will remain the same. If you are going to miss the performance day, just let us know early in the week, and we will make sure your dancer receives their camp t-shirt and poms on their last day.

Q- If we register for camp but our plans change, will you give us a refund?

A- We will not be able to provide a refund for camp, but we would be happy to have you pick up the poms and t-shirt after the camp date.
