Most of your personal data -- including notes, tasks, mood entries,

preferences, and session data -- is stored locally on your device using

secure on-device storage (Hive database and SharedPreferences). This

data does NOT leave your device unless you explicitly use a feature

(such as AI Chat) that requires internet access.

4.2 No Account Required

Minimali does not require you to create an account or provide your name,

email address, or any personally identifiable information to use the App.

4.3 Security

We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your information.

However, no method of storage or transmission over the internet is 100%

secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. DATA SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

7. PERMISSIONS USED BY THE APP

The App may request the following device permissions:

- READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / READ_MEDIA_IMAGES: To allow you to select

images from your device for the mood board or custom wallpapers.

- INTERNET: Required for displaying ads (AdMob) and for AI Chat

(OpenRouter).

- FOREGROUND_SERVICE: Used by the Pomodoro/focus timer to keep the

timer running when the app is in the background.

- WAKE_LOCK: To prevent the device from sleeping during active focus

sessions (optional, user-configurable).

- RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED: To restore any background tasks after

device restart (if applicable).

No permission is used for any purpose beyond what is described in this

policy.

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the

applicable minimum digital age of consent in your country). We do not
