Welcome to MiniDahi. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our mobile application. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
By accessing MiniDahi, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use and uninstall the application immediately.
Our application is designed for children aged 2 to 7.
Supervision: Use of this app must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian.
Parental Gate: We implement a "Parental Gate" (a math problem or security check) to prevent children from accessing external links or making unauthorized changes.
Compliance: We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and GDPR-K. We do not intentionally collect personal data from children.
To provide free content, our app uses a reward-based advertising model:
AdMob Integration: We use Google AdMob to display advertisements.
Child-Directed Ads: All advertisements are filtered to be "G-rated" (General Audience) and appropriate for children. Personal tracking for advertising is disabled.
Rewarded Content: Users who do not purchase a Premium subscription may be required to watch a video advertisement to unlock specific features (e.g., drawing sets, puzzles).
We offer a "Pro Version" that removes all advertisements and unlocks all content.
Billing: Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Management: Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled at any time through your device's store settings.
Refunds: Refund requests must be directed to the respective app store, subject to their refund policies.
Our app includes a "Screen Time" management tool to help parents limit usage. This tool is provided for convenience. While we strive for accuracy, we are not responsible for any technical failure of the timer or for the child's actual usage beyond the app's control.
All content, including but not limited to animal sketches, drawing logic, code, graphics, and UI design, is the property of MiniDahi and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the app without written permission.
The app is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. In no event shall the developers be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
