Welcome to my website!
Minhao He, 何旻浩
I am currently a Princeton Quantum Initiative postdoctoral fellow at Princeton University, Department of Physics, working with Prof. Ali Yazdani.
My current research focuses on understanding the electronic correlation effects in 2d materials and their heterostructures, with Scanning tunneling microscope.
Education
2017 – 2022 Ph.D. in physics, University of Washington, Seattle, WA
Advisor: Prof. Xiaodong Xu
2013 – 2017 B. Sc in Physics, Yuan Pei College, Peking University, Beijing, China
Thesis advisor: Prof. Jian-Hao Chen
Honors and Awards
Princeton Quantum Initiative postdoctoral Fellowship, Princeton University
The Henderson Prize for outstanding Ph.D. thesis, University of Washington
General Excellence Departmental Research Fellowship, University of Washington
The Hans G. Dehmelt Prize in Experimental Physics, University of Washington
Clean Energy Institude Graduate Fellowship, University of Washington
May Fourth Scholarship, Peking University
Teaching
I TAed and helped develop an interdisciplinary lab course: Energy Materials, Devices, and Systems in the clean energy institute at University of Washington. In the 2D material module, I teach the students basic steps of sample fabrication and transport measurement of a monolayer graphene device in PPMS.
