My Vietnamese name is Lê Hoàng Minh, I was born and raised in the Mekong, Delta in Vietnam, and I attended the local schools there during my childhood. I found my passion for studying mathematics when I got the third prize in the Vietnam National Olympiad for high school students in 2012. In 2013, I attended University of Science in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam to study undergraduate mathematics and obtained my bachelor's degree in mathematics in 2017. Gratefully, I was awarded a teaching assistantship by Michigan State University in 2018. During my undergraduate years, I was motivated to study Partial Differential Equations after studying the book "Functional Analysis, Sobolev Spaces and Partial Differential Equations" by Prof. Haim Brezis, and later on in my graduate years by two beautiful papers, one written by an Italian mathematician Ennio de Giorgi and another one by an American mathematician John Nash on solving 19th Hilbert problem on the regularity of solutions of elliptic partial differential equations.
Apart from that, I am an introverted person. My wife and I enjoy traveling and making videos about our trips.
