I am an assistant professor at the Department of Real Estate, NUS Business School, National University of Singapore. I hold a Ph.D. in Applied Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. My research interest lies in the area of environmental and urban economics.  My current research  focuses on (1) the effectiveness of environmental and urban policies and regulations; (2) the effect of environmental factors on human capital and economic outcomes.
