Minglo Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Minglo mobile application and related services (together, “Minglo”). By creating an account, tapping “I agree”, or using Minglo, you enter a binding agreement with us.

1. Eligibility
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be legally able to enter a contract under the laws of your country.
• You may not use Minglo if you have been banned or if using dating apps is illegal where you live.
2. Your account
• Provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.
• Keep your password and devices secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• One person should normally maintain one account unless we approve otherwise.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. The Minglo service
Minglo offers dating and social features that may include profile discovery, matching, messaging, friends/follows, gifts, stories, audio/video calls, live streaming, voice rooms, wallet/credits, VIP Pro, verification, host tools, and community features. Features may change, be limited by region, or require purchases or eligibility checks.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
• Harass, threaten, stalk, blackmail, or harm others.
• Post hate speech, extremist content, sexual content involving minors, or other illegal content.
• Scam, phishing, spam, or solicit money under false pretenses.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, age, or affiliations.
• Upload malware or attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse engineer Minglo beyond permitted law.
• Share others’ private information without consent.
• Use Minglo for commercial advertising without our written permission (except approved creator/host programs).
• Record calls or live sessions where doing so is illegal or without required consent.
We may remove content, limit features, or suspend/ban accounts that violate these Terms or our safety standards.
5. Profiles, photos & verification
• You must own the rights to photos and content you upload, or have permission to use them.
• Gallery/profile photos may be moderated and can be rejected for guideline violations.
• Verification badges indicate a completed check process; they are not a guarantee of character or safety. Always meet in public and use common-sense safety practices.
6. Messaging, calls & live
• Be respectful. Unsolicited sexual content, abuse, or spam may lead to enforcement action.
• Calls and live features need network connectivity and device permissions. Quality depends on your connection and third-party infrastructure.
• We are not responsible for other users’ statements or offline conduct. Report abuse in-app.
7. Credits, VIP Pro & payments
• Credits, boosts, gifts, VIP Pro, and similar items are digital goods/services for use inside Minglo.
• Prices, packs, and benefits may change. Taxes may apply.
• Payments may be processed by Google Play, Cashfree, or other providers under their terms.
• Unless required by applicable law or store policy, purchases are non-refundable once credits or benefits are delivered.
• Host withdrawals (if offered) are subject to eligibility, verification, minimums, and review for fraud.
• We may reverse fraudulent credits, claw back abuse, or freeze wallets during investigations.
8. Virtual items
Credits and virtual items have no cash value outside Minglo (except where a specific withdrawal program says otherwise), are non-transferable except via approved in-app features, and may expire or be adjusted to fix errors or abuse.
9. Safety disclaimer
Minglo helps people meet online; we do not conduct criminal background checks on all users. You are solely responsible for your interactions. Prefer public places for first meetings, tell a friend, and never share financial OTPs, bank details, or intimate images under pressure.
10. Intellectual property
Minglo’s brand, app design, software, and content (excluding user content) are owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights to your content, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and process it as needed to operate and improve Minglo.
11. Termination
• You may stop using Minglo and delete your account in the app.
• We may suspend or terminate access for violations, legal risk, prolonged inactivity, or service discontinuation.
• Some provisions (payments already made, liability limits, dispute terms) survive termination.
12. Disclaimers
Minglo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect matchmaking results, or that every profile is accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Minglo and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to Minglo will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for Minglo in the 3 months before the claim, or (b) INR 2,000, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
14. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Minglo against claims arising from your content, your misuse of the service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above. If changes are material, we may also provide in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
