How to delete your account (in the app — fastest)
1. Open Minglo and sign in.
2. Go to Profile (More).
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm. Your account will be permanently deleted.
How to request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email: mastersapero@gmail.com
Subject: Minglo Account Deletion Request
Include: your username, registered email or phone, and a short request to delete your account and associated data.
We will verify ownership and process the request.
What we delete
• Profile (name, bio, photos, preferences)
• Account identifiers (email / phone / username link)
• Chats and messages associated with your account
• Matches, likes, visits, and social connections
• Uploaded media linked to your profile
• Device / push tokens for your account
What we may keep (limited retention)
• Payment / purchase records as required by law or for fraud prevention (typically up to 90 days, or longer if legally required)
• Records needed for safety, abuse investigation, or legal compliance (anonymized where possible)
• Backups may take a short time to fully purge (usually within 30 days)
Timeline
• In-app deletion: processed immediately (or shortly after confirmation)
• Email requests: usually within 7–14 days after we verify your identity
• Residual backups: purged within about 30 days
